Abuse Reporting and Illegal Content

We accept reports regarding:

  • phishing;

  • spam;
  • online fraud;
  • cyberattacks;
  • distribution of malicious software;
  • copyright infringements;
  • illegal content;
  • compromise attempts;
  • activities that violate applicable laws.

To ensure efficient processing of a report, it should include:

  • the affected URL, IP address, or domain;
  • a description of the incident;
  • relevant evidence;
  • contact details.

Notice & Takedown Policy

LANSOFT DATA SRL prioritizes the review of notifications concerning illegal or abusive activities conducted through the infrastructure it operates.

Depending on the severity of the situation, the following measures may be applied:

  • temporary suspension of services;
  • access restrictions;
  • traffic blocking;
  • content deactivation;
  • service termination;
  • notification of competent authorities.

Repeated Violations Policy

Customers who repeatedly generate security incidents, phishing, spam, or other illegal activities may have their services suspended or permanently terminated.


Cooperation with Authorities

LANSOFT DATA SRL cooperates, in accordance with the law, with:

  • ANCOM;
  • judicial authorities;
  • law enforcement agencies;
  • CERT teams and cybersecurity organizations.

Data and information may only be provided in compliance with applicable legislation.
